Our mission is to provide the best Customer experience to both our Client and Candidate, and maintain our high ethical standards.  We achieve this by being transparent and honest at all times.

This translates as taking a balanced approach by focusing on what is best for the Client and Candidate. We stand as living proof that a business can wholeheartedly prioritize the Customer in every possible way, and still make a healthy profit.

Our client and candidate are paired with one team member who has experience in account management, recruiting, and "hands-on" experience in the tech industry.

Our focus is on placing candidates on tech project/ product teams. We typically consider 30+ direct and indirect roles, often including cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Engineering. Peripheral roles include Tech Writer/Content, Senior Product Manager, Director, and Vice President.

The projects and products may be more "traditional" or involved in artificial intelligence -- algorithmic models, machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.  We have plenty of experience in both areas. 

Our team of Account Mgr/Recruitment experts has 14+ years of experience in account management/recruiting. We have great success by having one person with both skillsets work with the Client and Candidate from "beginning to end".  

Having one point of contact ensures better communication and a streamlined process that can save time for everyone.

As a team, we collectively have 35+ years of "hands-on" experience working on project/product teams. 

By combining this knowledge and incredible experience, we are able to provide the best overall Customer experience to both the Client and Candidate.

I am

 an "outside the box" individual who has pushed boundaries to make things happen.  I have worked on project/product teams for 27+ years.  I love designing and working with the end users!  I am also experienced in Research, Development, and Testing.

We have created a business model that allows us help team members find good jobs under better conditions, while continuing to design and develop AI software.

I oversee the Recruiting Division and am completing an AI Decision-making model in our AI Division.  

Currently taking two prerequisite courses at MIT for the PhD program (Computer Science & Behavioral Science)
